Four ways to race. Every one built for your group.

No two races are the same. We design the route, the clues and the challenges around your venue, your numbers and what you want your people to walk away with.

City Race

Teams crack clues, negotiate with locals, find hidden landmarks and complete challenges as they move through the city on foot, by Gautrain or by shuttle. The streets become the boardroom, and every team discovers something about the city and about each other.

Venue Race Half day

Run entirely on the grounds of your hotel, wine estate, bush lodge or golf estate. Ideal for strategy sessions and away-days where you want energy without the travel.

Conference Race 200 – 1,000+

Parallel waves and staggered routes keep big groups moving. Challenges can carry your conference theme, strategy pillars or product messages.

Incentive Race Full or multi-day

A premium, travel-based race for top performers and leadership teams, with surprise checkpoints, special experiences and a finish worth celebrating.

Digital Race App-led

GPS-triggered challenges, photo and video tasks and a live leaderboard on every phone, so you can see the race unfold in real time and relive it afterwards.

Everything you love about the race. Built for your team.

Teams tear open clue envelopes, choose their battles, back their teammates and sprint for the checkpoint. Every challenge is designed around your venue and your people.

?Route Info

Clue envelopes send teams to the next location, often with a puzzle to crack before they know where to go.

⇄Detour

Two tasks, one choice. Teams weigh speed against skill and decide together which challenge to take on.

1Roadblock

One team member only. The team has to decide who's best suited before they know what the task is.

»Fast Forward

Complete one bold challenge and skip straight to the checkpoint. Only the first team to claim it gets it.

↩U-Turn

A strategic twist: force a rival team to complete both sides of a Detour. Use it wisely.

⚑Pit Stop

Check in, get your placing on the leaderboard, and gear up for the next leg, or the final dash to the finish.

From first call to finish line.

You tell us what you need. We take care of the route, the props, the facilitators, the safety planning and the logistics on the day.

  1. Brief

We learn about your team, your goals, your date and your budget, then recommend the right format.

  2. Design

We build a custom route and challenges around your venue, theme and business messages.

  3. Race day

Our facilitators brief the teams, run every checkpoint and keep the leaderboard live.

  4. Finish and debrief

Results, awards and a facilitated debrief that connects what happened on the route to how you work.

More than a fun afternoon.

A race puts teams under friendly pressure with a clear goal and a ticking clock. That is where real collaboration, leadership and communication show up.

Collaboration under pressure

Teams must plan, divide tasks and adapt as clues change. Patterns that slow work down become visible, and fixable.

Connection across silos

We mix departments, regions and levels so people who never work together end the day relying on each other.

Lessons that stick

The debrief links race-day moments to your workplace, so the energy translates into behaviour back at the office.

Can't see yours? Call or WhatsApp us on 082 659 4000.

How many people can take part?

Races run for groups from about 20 people up to 1,000 or more. Large groups race in parallel waves or on staggered routes so every team has its own experience.

How long does a race take?

Most races run for two to four hours including the briefing and the finish. Full-day and multi-day formats are available for conferences and incentive trips.

Where in South Africa can you run a race?

Anywhere in Southern Africa: city routes in Johannesburg, Pretoria, Cape Town and Durban, or inside a hotel, wine estate, game lodge or conference venue.

Does everyone need to be physically fit?

No. Challenges mix thinking, creativity, problem solving and light activity, and each team decides who takes on which task. Routes can be fully adapted for accessibility.

Can the race be linked to our business messages?

Yes. Clues, challenges and the debrief can be built around your values, strategy, product launch or conference theme.

How far in advance should we book?

Four to six weeks is ideal for a custom race. Shorter lead times are often possible, so ask about your date.
